What are the issues that entrepreneurs can talk about with you?
I can act as a sounding board for your ideas and visions about where you want to be or what you want to change or develop, which tools and techniques are available and the order in which activities should be organised so as to produce a good return on your investments.

What can entrepreneurs expect from a meeting with you?
I will want to listen to their own picture of their business and what they want to do now. In meetings with me, the entrepreneur will always be in the driving seat, but I will be there to help in shaping and giving the plan concrete form, going forward.

How would you like entrepreneurs to prepare for the meeting with you?
I would like the entrepreneur to reflect on the current situation of the business and be clear about what they want to do. What are the objectives, resources, conditions, challenges and competitors? If the preparations have been made, we can speed up and get the most from our hours together in the meeting.

What feeling would you like entrepreneurs to take away from your meeting?
What I want, above all, is for the person to be energised and be pleased about having acquired new angles of insight and ideas to continuing working on.

Describe your strengths as a consultant
My biggest strength is to be able to take a step back and see the whole picture. I’m also structured and good at defining both objectives and activities in concrete terms. My experience from working in both manufacturing – in product and service development – and digitalisation also equips me well to support businesses across several areas.
