What kind of questions can the entrepreneur discuss with you?
Use this opportunity to ask all business questions that you don't know who to discuss with. Many times, you don't know what to ask. Then you start somewhere: "How do I get started?" "It feels like I'm stuck, how do I move for here?" "How can I make my business more efficient?" "How could I use technology in a smart way?" Then I will ask a lot of follow-up questions that help us find the right question to answer.

What can the entrepreneur expect from their meeting with you?
Curiosity and new perspectives on the business. By letting someone else think with you, we can find new perspectives that allow you to take big steps forward with a few simple steps. My goal for every session is for you to leave with a concrete list of actions for you to start ticking off.

How do you wish for the entrepreneur to prepare for their meeting with you?
I wish for the entrepreneur to think about themselves and their business. Why did you start the business in the first place (if you haven't started yet, I'd like to know why you would like to start.) and what do you see as your role in the company in the future? For the business, I want you to think about customers, your vision, as well as opportunities and challenges going forward. Thinking about this beforehand helps me get to know you and your business and we can start creating results.

What feeling do you want the entrepreneur to take away from your meeting?
I hope that they leave the meeting feeling energized and with a convincing feeling of "I can do this!"

Describe your strengths as an adviser
Curiosity and a touch of naiveté. With my experience in business development in the innovation and start-up world, I am used to finding solutions that are not entirely obvious.
