Genuine interest in helping them to move forward in their enterprise. The entrepreneur gets another person’s point of view, more thoughts on opportunities and changes that show the way forward, both for the person and for the enterprise.

If possible, they will have thought through what the objective is in terms of the company, themselves and the meeting with me. Questions, examples and thoughts about what is to be discussed, if possible, examples from the business itself.

What feeling would you like entrepreneurs to take away from your meeting?
Being happy about knowing more and feeling stronger, safer and more secure as entrepreneur – perhaps even relief from having something “hanging over” them and that it was possible to get clarity during the meeting.

Describe your strengths as a consultant
My attitude is basically always positive and my interest lies in developing both the business and the person in the business. I have long experience with in-depth expertise and understanding. I am also analytical and good at simplifying what may seem difficult.
